At Vivaaha, we understand that wedding plans can evolve. We have established a clear cancellation policy to provide transparency and certainty for all our clients.

Clients may cancel bookings within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.

1. Booking Cancellation Terms

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients have 24 hours from the time of booking confirmation to cancel any service for a full refund.

After 24 Hours: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation due to the commitment of resources and vendors to your event.

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

2. Rescheduling Options

Date Changes: Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 30 days before the event date and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total booking value may apply.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• We understand that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may occur. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or natural disasters, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

• Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate documentation may be required.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a booking:

• Log in to your Vivaaha account and navigate to "My Bookings"
• Select the booking you wish to cancel and click "Request Cancellation"
