Refund Policy

At Vivaaha, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our wedding planning services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations within 24 hours: Full refund if service is cancelled within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

• Service quality issues: If services provided fail to meet the agreed-upon standards, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on our assessment.

• Service unavailability: If Vivaaha or our vendor partners are unable to deliver a confirmed service, you will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Processing

• Processing time: All approved refunds will be initiated within 2 working days of approval and will reflect in your account within 5 working days.

• Refund method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

• Transaction fees: Any payment gateway transaction fees incurred during the original payment may not be refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

• In cases where services have been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered services.

• For packages or bundled services, refund calculations will take into account discounts applied during purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Log in to your Vivaaha account and navigate to "My Bookings"
• Select the booking for which you wish to request a refund
• Click on "Request Refund" and provide the necessary details

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Customization fees: Once work has begun on personalized items or services, customization fees are non-refundable.
